I guess the fact they can afford ultra expensive stuff would be one of the reasons, while the other one would simply be that they like high quality bags made by famous designers – which is pretty much the universal reason most of us buy them. There are times that I simply feel like I just have to buy another handbag produced by my favorite brand even though I might not love it – just because it’s a brand I like the most.

When someone as famous as Madonna is, gets seen with a spanking new Chanel handbag many girls around the world will surely want to get one like hers. It’s how it all goes. If Jessica Alba shows her latest blue Chloe Satchel’s See purse you simply can’t predict if the bag is going to be the next hot thing among the girls who worship Jessica, regardless of how good the bag actually is. Britney Spears has been spotted with Louis Vuitton Shimmer Comete bag which I have to say is one of the cutest handbags I have seen lately.

Celebrities like Christina Aguilera and Sienna Miller seem to love Dior’s stuff the best, especially a Dior Karenina bag. There are many other examples of celebrities wearing signature handbags around - for example the famous Asian star Ayumi Hamasaki often blogs about getting the latest Chanel handbags. You can for sure find a lot discount Chanel purses. You can’t always trust the celebs though, at times, some of them really tend to buy complete rubbish. The world of designer handbags keeps coming up with new things to milk your money with and most of the times those things aren’t as good as they look. If you happen to see a picture of one of the celebs with a cute signature bag – that doesn’t mean the bag is actually good and worth your well earned money – do not rush yourself to buy handbags just because someone famous bought it.
