Every time you see Tiger Woods, you can tell that he’s been sticking with his fitness regimen.Him and the trainer have a good thing going there for sure. You need some support if you’re going to have rapid weight loss.

There’s no doubt that he’s been developing muscle as he works.A golfer like Woods doesn’t need to be getting bulky, but that muscle probably helps him keep the extra weight off his body.

I might surprise you when I tell you that you can build a lean muscular body like Woods has without much difficulty.There’s not any fat to speak on his body and he has maintained the ability to exert fluid motion as he needs to in the game.

In my opinion, the associates Woods has on the fairway indicate that not every golfer is in similar condition as his.

You need to understand that the strength he has built isn’t impairing his functioning at all. There’s that muscular look you can have without looking like a bodybuilder.By engaging mor than one joint with each of his exercises, you are able to maintain flexibility whyile gaining a certain amount of muscle. That’s what you need. You first should lose 20 pounds.

I’m also impressed with his endurance in hot weather, something that is easily gained from an interval and resistance routine. When you take the time to get into shape and then maintain a healthy lifestyle, you are able to brag about how good you feel at the end of a hard day just the way Tiger does.

I mean, have you heard how he calls down the other golf playuers for not busting themselves in workouts? I mean he lets everyone know that they can be just as good as he is if they’d work at it.

That’s what I want you to know. You can look and feel just as good as Tiger or some of these other athletes. All you have to do is get some discipline and invest some hard work into yourself. Talk about how you want to look in the weight loss forum.
