Easy Ways To Ditch Cardio to Lose Flab

I get sick of getting these emails with the revolutionary fat loss programs that are supposed to melt flab fast, and all they are is slow cardio routines.Facts point to the problem that traditional, slow aerobic movements are doing nothing but sucking away your time. There’s another thing that shows how much working with intervals can actually help get flab burned off.To illustrate what I’m talking about, you need to consider research that had people powering a bicyle at a two-thirds capacity speed for a one-hour period.

These compared with performing a half hour period followed by a 1/3 hour rest, repeating the half-hour biking. Both of these rides were at the same intensity as the first.Surprisingly, each group used up the same calorie count even though one split the effort into two.

Another point of the study showed that the fat burned during the recovery period was more for the group that split the ride.

I don’t think this means a lot at all.For starters, twenty minutes of intervals would be enought to get even more results than both of those two workouts combined. Cardio will not promote rapid weight loss.

Another thing is that I can’t see anyone wanting to work out this way. Besides, it takes more time. Finally, when you check out the calorie difference between the two, the percentages sound like a lot, but the actual difference is probably about 50 calories.

So, what do you make of it when you see people at the gym sitting there for 1/3 of an hour between their traditional aerobic routines so that they can burn those few extra calories in between?

I don’t have the time to sit around reading magazines that long, do you?The experts in aerobic exercises confirm what I say themselves with their ridiculous stuidies that do nothing but waste people’s time. Only intervals will help you lose 20 pounds.
