Online Medical Transcriptionist
I would like to become an online medical transcriptionist because my children are now, all in school full time and I have found myself with some spare time. I bought myself a really nice computer and I would like to finally be able to contribute to my family’s financial success. It would be a very positive thing for me to be able to help my husband to be able to provide more for our family, after he has supported us for so long, so I could be home with our children. Also, it would be nice to relieve him of some pressure and stress. With a career as a work at home medical transcriptionist, I can have the best of both worlds, staying home and helping out financially. The advantages of working in the medical transcription industry are flexibility and the opportunity to better my family. I would become a more well rounded role model for my daughters, by seeing what I am striving to accomplish perhaps they too will set loftier goals. I think it would give me a great sense of accomplishment; I would be starting off this whole new stage in my life in a very positive, promising way. I became interested in training to be a medical transcriptionist because I have a few friends who work in a medical facility and I have heard from them about the increasing demand for people working in the medical transcription field. I became interested in Future MT because there are a lot of places offering training, but it’s hard to know which place is the right one but to know Future MT is accredited by the Better Business Bureau gave me a huge vote of assurance that I found the right place for me. Besides offering the flexibility to finish at my own pace, Future MT’s money back and employment service guarantee are also very impressive benefits. The live mentoring support gives me added confidence that I’ll be able to successfully complete this course. In addition, I know I’ll have the appropriate materials, no surprise expenses. The income earning potential is beyond anything I could have hoped for, being a stay at home mom for the past fifteen years. This opportunity would open up many possibilities for me in my life, in many areas. At first, I was mainly interested in becoming a medical transcriptionist for the money and the ability to work from home but now I am excited to learn there are even more advantages and possibilities than I ever knew. There are plenty of job opportunities with the projected growth in this field; it seems a career in medical transcription can be as large or small as you want it to be. I wasn’t planning to return to work, honestly the prospects I thought were the only ones open to me were pretty grim and unmotivating. Who wants to run all the time, to be unavailable for their children for very little pay and even worse, to have that job make you feel miserable, defeated and awful about yourself because you feel like a servant or have to wear a humiliating uniform or because you make the same or less than your teen age daughter. Learning of this career and its many opportunities could open up avenues for me I never imagined possible. Now I am excited about the possibilities for myself and my future.

I want to be a medical transcriptionist
I want to be a medical transcriptionist because I just became the bread winner of our family. I am a practicing general pediatrician in our province – Quezon Province from the Philippines. Our country is one of the third world country found in the Pacific. My husband was an architect but because of Diabetes, he has just lost both his legs and is now being maintained for dialysis three times a week. He is now a stay at home husband with very minimal source of income because he is confined to his wheelchair and he suffers from a lot of post-dialysis side-effects that he can no longer contribute to our family’s’ finances. We need at least $1,500 to $2000 for his dialysis and medicines which is not supported by our government because of corrupt politicians and because of the financial burden of maintaining his medical needs and providing for our kids education, I have to look for another means of income that will be in some way connected to my present career.
I believe that being a online medical transcriptionist will help me stay at home to personally take care and monitor my husband’s medical needs and be around to be on hand for my children’s’ needs and guardianship. I think that being a medical transcriptionist will also update me on the current advances and actual medical treatment that is going on all over the globe. I am now at the prime of my life and in due time I know I could no longer cope with the hassles and tensions associated with my profession and I think I could still contribute to the medical field by staying on as a medical transcriptionist. I could not afford the tuition fee needed for this course because our money here in peso is equivalent to 50 times in dollars. I have to save every penny that I earn from my career for everything that we need and with the present economic crisis going on, most of our patients bring their kids to the government hospitals and clinics. I could not go full time with my profession because there is nobody to take care of my husband and kids, so I just have my clinic hours in the mornings. I tried to go to a free school on medical transcriptionist here in our area but it has taken up too many hours off the house which I could not afford to do for now because of the aforementioned reasons. I heard that being a stay-at-home medical transcriptionist is a very rewarding career not only because I can do medical transcriptionist work at home at my own pace but also there is the possibility of having my own Medical Transcriptionist business in the future. I plan to encourage my kids and other co-workers to go into this business once I see how rewarding it will be to me and how it would help me plan my time, my finances and my family while I stay at home.
