Learn To Eat For Muscular Development
People often wonder what calorie and protein amounts are necessary for muscular development. Then there are the personal questions about the amount of calories I consume. You’re abouit to find out the details of my diet. This includes how many calories, how much protein, what I do after exercising, etc. Your muscle will promote rapid weight loss.
Although I’m usually around 4,600 calories, I’m going to relate a better day here. The muscles you develop are going to need a high calorie count if you are going to build them up a lot.
I’ve known a lot of people moan and complain because they weren’t getting the muscles they were looking for. This happens when you don’t eat enough. You’re going nowhere fast when you keep working for a muscle goal and then you don’t get the proper nutrition to support your efforts.
You can build more muscle, but it’s going to be vital that you get the proper caloric intake in order to do it.
I know you are worried about putting on extra fat, even though you know that it’s just one of those things that will happen as you build muscle. You’re going to put on so much additional muscle that you will be awesome looking even with a little more body fat. You can easily lose 20 pounds.
Besides eating properly, you’re going to need to have an outstanding workout program that will get you working three or four days out of seven. Use a complete body-split or a lower-upper body-split. Let’s face it, if you’re doing things properly, you won’t be able to perform six times a week. Forget that!
Just so you know, I don’t use any kind of supplement and I don’t think that you should either. This includes the shake with protiens, the NitricOxide stuff, creatine, hormones or anything else like those things.
Here’s all I do use:
1-cup serving of oatmeal
1-cup plain yogurt
Walnuts, two ounces
.5-cup blueberryeggs, boiled, 3
