This is a good idea as people who don’t have much to spare can still promise time to do things, which could be anything from cleaning to babysitting. Fundraising events are a great way to raise money and are a bit of fun at the same time. Don’t forget to tell your local paper what you are doing and tell them the amount you have raised.
